Friday,7November 2008 Yay! I am actually blogging from my room! YES, my room because my computer can detect wifi from the cafe downstairs. Usually I would need to walk out of my unit/flat to connect to wifi. Not much of a fuss though. There are many reasons why I did not get internet in my room which I personally think it is better which I will spare you the explanations. So taking advantage of it, I decided to blog aka procrastinate for the time being. Yeap, my exam is next week...Doomed Anyways, what did I do today? I was awaken by my flat phone/ INTERCOM . Usually I wouldn't care who calls which explains the unresponded calls. Then again, I am usually the one who pick it up because it is either the issue of one of my flatmate forgetting to bring his assess card or god-knows-what. So what is the big deal about picking up the phone? Answer:Their entrance is at my mercy because I need to hit the open-sesamee button which opens up the cave sliding glass door. So if I am in dream world (most of the time)at the time the phone rings, all I can say is …..Broadway Road can take you in for ONE night and strictly no extensions ok! Of course, so far this has yet to happen . But even if it did, I am not bothered. SO,based on this you wont want to be flatmates with me anymore!?............. yeah, like you have a choice! Anywaaaayys, today I sprung up to the sound of ringing at the speed of light. That is because I was expecting a parcel but not till noon! It was unbelievable (not the about the content of the parcel.. yet) My entire system and engine was booted up within seconds, by-passing the need to asymmetrically stretch and systematically laze around . While rushing out of the door, I was able to grab my jacket considering my outfit was rather indecent Man, I was actually THINKING when half awake! OMG,Who WAS I? Woken up by DHL...*grunt*
NOW, about the parcel. It was delivered via DHL. When I saw her, she really embodied the typical DHL delivery person. Everything from her very fit looking figure to the short pants was nothing less of a professional. The scenario was exactly like the advertisement .Just imagine me in it, greeted with "Hi, Love....Thanks,Love" so sweeetttt Anywaaayss
First time receiving a post from DHL let alone in Sydney. What a sad life I live in.... naahhh, wait till you see the content. Firstly, I have no idea what it was. Secondly, I don’t know who was it from. Thirdly, DHL worrr..dont play play!Even though it was momentary, I was so exhilarated by just looking at the unknown.
Obviously, it needed urgent attention. Actually prior opening it I gave it a guess. I crossed out that it would be from family cos they would have informed me. Definitely not from my wicked o' friends. Okay, that's all about my blog. Back to studies. Love , Yee Yen p/s: 1)Though I was “thinking”, I was not fully awake enough to ask her this “Did you actually take 8 steps to reach the door step?” 2) so fed-up with this wifi connection, keep on disconnecting causing me to edit this post million of times...!! 3) Now u know why I din subscribe to internet...cos I slack!! this blog post proves it all....and facebooking... |
